Red Magic, the gaming-oriented brand of ZTE Nubia, unveiled its new gaming tablet. The model named Red Magic Nova draws attention with its Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, 24GB RAM and 1TB storage. Its price is also quite ambitious.
What does Red Magic Nova offer?
At the heart of Red Magic Nova is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. With 24GB RAM and 1TB storage, the gaming tablet comes with a 2880 x 1800 resolution display with a 10.9-inch LCD panel. It supports a refresh rate of 144Hz.
Red Magic said it has made special optimizations for some games, especially Genshin Impact. This improves the visual fidelity of the tablet and doubles the gaming experience. It is powered by a 10,100mAh battery with 120W fast charging support. It can allegedly charge to 50 percent in just 15 minutes.
Although it’s a gaming tablet, the camera side was not left out. There’s a 50 Megapixel selfie camera on the back and a 20 Megapixel selfie camera on the front. Nova also includes features such as quad speakers and a linear vibration motor.
The Red Magic Nova will initially be available in China, with pricing ranging from $565 to $700. It is unclear whether it will come to the European market.
